Conclusions
-
1.
The complete synthesis of R-α-L-phosphatidyl-γ-L-alanylglycerol has been carried out.
-
2.
In its Chromatographic and chemical properties, the lipoamino acid isolated from Clostridium Welchii proved to be closer to the S-epimer and differed considerably from the R-epimer.
-
3.
The results obtained indicate that the main component of the lipoamino acid of Clostridium Welchii is S-α-L-phosphatidyl-γ-L-alanylglycerol.
