Communication 13. Synthesis of 4-amino-4-desoxy sugars

Conclusions

It was shown on the example of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine that amino sugars react with carbomethoxymethylenetriphenylphosphoranes to yield higher unsaturated aminoaldonic acids. The obtained unsaturated aminoaldonic acids are of great interest for the synthesis of natural 4-amino-4-desoxy sugars.
