Conclusions
-
1.
When the anion-radicals of salts of tetracyanoquinodimethane with alkali metals are heated in vacuum, their electrical properties change irreversibly: their electrical conductivity decreases, its activation energy increases, and the sign of the charge carriers changes.
-
2.
The observed changes in the electrical properties are connected with the elimination during the heating process of oxygen dissolved in the sample which plays the part of acceptor impurity.
