Abstract
On treating 2-aminobenzyl amine with sulfamide 3.4-dihydro 1H-2.1.3-benzothiadiazine-2.2-dioxide (3) is formed which can be dehydrogenated to yield 1H-2.1.3-benzothiadiazine 2.2-dioxide (6). By reacting3 with alkyl halides the corresponding mono- and dialkyl derivatives5, 4 and8 are obtained.3 reacts with methylene iodide to give the dimer product9 but with ethylene bromide, 1.3-dibromopropane and α.α′-dibromo-oxylene the 1.3-bridged derivatives12, 13 and15 are formed.
Treatment of 6-chloro-4-phenyl-3.4-dihydro-1H-2.1.3-benzothiadiazine-2.2-dioxide (16) with ethylene bromide and 1.3-dibromopropane, resp., yields the corresponding 1.3-bridged derivatives17 and18, resp., in the two possible stereoisomeric forms; on the analogous reaction of16 with α.α′-dibromo-o-xylene the 1.3-o-xyleno-derivative25 was obtained in only one form.
Zusammenfassung
Beim Umsetzen von 2-Aminobenzylamin mit Sulfamid entsteht 3.4-Dihydro-1H-2.1.3-benzothiadiazin-2.2-dioxid (3), das sich zu 1H-2.1.3-Benzothiadiazin-2.2-dioxid (6) dehydrienren läßt. Durch Alkylierung von3 erhält man die Mono- bzw. Dialkylderivate5 bzw.4 und8.
