Abstract

Robinson condensations were performed with 1.4- and 1.5-diketones. As reaction partners of diketones, acetone dicarboxylic acid, and simple primary amines were used. So tropanes and granatanes substituted on the anellation points were obtained. The pH dependence of the condensation in the case of different primary amines was measured regarding the sterie bulk of the amine used.

*** DIRECT SUPPORT *** A3615144 00020
