Abstract

The phases Cr3GeC, V3GeC, V3GeN, and V3GaN crystallize with the filled up Re3B-type structure. The crystal structures of Cr3GeC and Cr3As(C,N) have been refined from single crystal data. The coordination of Ge and As is discussed.
