Abstract

For oxidative ring-fragmentation-studies of bicreosol, vanillin and bicreosol were synthesized, starting from differently specifically ring-labelled guaiacols. Introduction of the CHO-group into the aromatic ring with methyldichlormethylsulfide was investigated.

Zusammenfassung

Zur Untersuchung der oxydativen Ringspaltung von Bikreosol wurde, ausgehend von spezifisch ring-14C-markierten Guajacolen, Vanillin und daraus Bikreosol (2,2′-Dihydroxy-3,3′-dimethoxy-5,5′-dimethylbiphenyl-1,1′) synthetisiert. Die Einführung der Aldehydgruppe in den aromatischen Ring mittels Methyldichlormethylsulfid wurde näher untersucht.
