Synthese des 2,3,4-Tri-O-acetyl-6-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-α-d-galaktopyranosylbromids

Zusammenfassung

Die Synthese der im Titel genannten Verbindung erfolgte über 1,2,3,4-Di-O-isopropyliden-6-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-α-d-galaktopyranose, 6-O-[(Benzylthio)carbonyl]-β-d-galakto-pyranose und 1,2,3,4-Tetra-O-acetyl-6-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-α-d-galaktopyranose. Die Frage der Isomerisierung der Acetate bei Abspaltung des Benzylthiocarbonylrestes wurde gesondert geprüft. Die Strukturen wurden durch NMR- und IR-Spektren bestätigt.
