Darstellung von α-aminophosphonsäureestern und verwandten Verbindungen

Zusammenfassung

Aus N-Fluorsulfonylaldiminen und Phosphorigsäuredialkylestern werden N-Fluorsulfonyl-α-amino-phosphonsäureester erhalten. Durch saure Verseifung können hieraus je nach den Bedingungen α-Aminophosphonsäuren oder deren Ester gewonnen werden. Durch Anlagerung sekundärer Phosphinoxide sekundärer Phosphine oder tertiärer Phosphinhydrohalogenide an N-Fluorsulfonylaldimine entstehen in α-Stellung durch die N-Fluorsulfonylamido-Gruppe substituierte tertiäre Phosphinoxide, tertiäre Phosphine oder Phosphoniumsalze.
