Abstract
Polarographic investigations on TiCl3, TiCl4, TiOCl2, titanium(IV)oxyperchlorate and dicyclopentadienyltitanium(IV)dichloride have been carried out inDMSO andDMF. The half-wave potentials (vs. aqueous saturated calomel electrode), the nature of the limiting currents, the temperature coefficients of the half-wave potentials and the wave heights, the reversibility or irreversibility of the electrode processes and the influence of water have been determined.
