Synthesen mit Nitrilen, 15. Mitt.: Eine neue Synthese von Derivaten des 1-Pyrindins

Zusammenfassung

1,4-Diketone, wie Acetonylaceton, geben mit Malonsäurenitril Derivate des 1-Pyrindins. Das gebildete 5H-2-Amino-3,7-dicyan-4,6-dimethyl-cyclopenta[b]pyridin (6) weist eine reaktive Methylengruppe auf, welche zu Kondensationen mit Aldehyden und Nitrosoverbindungen geeignet ist. Die so gebildeten Produkte haben Farbstoffcharakter.

Abstract

1,4-Diketones e.g. acetonyl-acetone react with malonitrile to 1-pyrindines. The 5H-2-amino-3,7-dicyano-4,6-dimethyl-cyclopenta[b]pyridine (6) condenses with aldehydes and nitrosocompounds. In this way dye-stuffs are formed.
