Summary

In the reactions of diisobutylaluminum hydride with allyltrimethylsilane and with trimethylvinylsilane, tris[3-(trimethylsilyl)propyl]aluminum and tris[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethyl]aluminum, respectively, were formed.
