Summary

  1. 1.

    Tris(triethylsilyl)borate and tris(triethylsilyl)phosphate were synthesized by the reaction of trietfaylphenyiaminosilane with boric and orthophosphoric acids.

  2. 2.

    2,2-Dimethyl-1,3-dioxa-2-silacycloheptane was obtained as a result of the reaction of 1,4-butanediol with dimethyldiphenylaminosilane.
