Summary

  1. 1.

    Fine-layer chromatography on aluminum oxide was used to analyze glycosides of cholesterol, methyl oleanolate, and strophantidine.

  2. 2.

    Anomeric pairs of glycoside acetates can be separated by that method, in the solvent systems as described.
