Zusammenfassung

Harnstoffe und Thioharnstoffe bzw. Carbodiimide reagieren beim Verschmelzen mit N-Methylisatosäureanhydrid (1) zu Derivaten des Chinazolins. Die Umsetzung kann auch in siedendemDMF durchgeführt werden.

Abstract

N-Methyl-isatoic anhydride (1) reacts with ureas, thioureas, and carbodiimides yielding derivatives of quinazoline.
