Cyclanon-anile reagieren mit Kohlensuboxid (C3O2), welches wegen seiner Dioxo-allenstruktur bifunktionellen Ketencharakter besitzt, zu 5,6-Polymethylen-4-hydroxy-pyridonen-(2).

Abstract

Aniles of cyclic ketones react with carbon suboxide (dioxoallene, C3O2) to 4-hydroxy-5.6-polymethylen-pyrid-2-ones.
