Zusammenfassung

1,2-Dichlortetramethyldisilan konnte mit Ammoniak oder Methylamin nach Gl. (2) in Derivate des zuvor unbekannten Sechsringsystems des Cyclo-1,2,4,5-tetrasil-3,6-diazans, mit N,N′-Dilithium-bis(methylamino)dimethylsilan nach Gl. (1) in das neue Fünfringsystem des Cyclo-1,2,4-trisil-3,5-diazans übergeführt werden. Die neu dargestellten Verbindungen wurden über die üblichen physikalischen Daten, IR- und NMR-Spektren sowie analytisch charakterisiert.

Abstract

We succeeded in preparing the former unknown sixmembered ring system of cyclo-1,2,4,5-tetrasil-3,6-diazane by reacting via (2) NH3 and CH3NH2 respectively with 1,2-dichlorotetramethyldisilane, and the fivemembered ring system of cyclo-1,2,4-trisil-3,5-diazane by reaction of the latter compound via (1) with N,N′-dilithio-bis(methylamino)dimethylamine. The new compounds have been characterized by their physical and analytical data as well as by their IR- and nmr-Spectra.
