Zusammenfassung

Im System V−As konnten bisher mit Sicherheit die Phasen VAs und V3As nachgewiesen werden. Daneben bestehen Kristallarten nahe der Zusammensetzung “V2As”. Die Verbindung VAs kristallisiert imB 31-Typ mit den Gitterkonstanten:a=6,304k X · E,b=5,867kX · E undc=3,327k X · E, während die Verbindung V3As mit derA 15-Struktur:a= 4,74k X · E isotyp ist.
