Darstellung des 2,4,6-Tri-O-acetyl-3-O-[(benzylthio)-carbonyl]-α-d-galaktopyranosylbromids

Zusammenfassung

Die im Titel genannte Verbindung wurde, ausgehend vom Methyl-4,6-benzyliden-β-d-galaktopyranosid, über die Verbindungen Methyl-3-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-4,6-O-benzyliden-β-d-galaktopyranosid, Methyl-3-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-β-d-galaktopyranosid, 3-O-[(Benzylthio)carbonyl]-β-d-galaktopyranose und 1,2,4,6-Tetra-O-acetyl-3-O-[(benzylthio)carbonyl]-β-d-galaktopyranose dargestellt. Auf Acylwanderung bei Abspaltung der Benzylthiocarbonylgruppe wurde geprüft. Die Strukturbeweise wurden durch NMR-und IR-Spektren erbracht.
