Über tricyclische 1,2,4-Benzothiadiazine

Zusammenfassung

Durch Kondensation von o-Aminobenzolsulfonamid mit Maleinsäureanhydrid wurde das 1-Oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c] (1,2,4)-benzothiadiazin-5,5-dioxid (I) erhalten. Es wird die Synthese verschiedener Derivate des neuen Ringsystems beschrieben, die zum Teil auch als potentielle Diuretica interessant sind. Die Konstitution des Ringsystems, die aus der Synthese nicht eindeutig hervorgeht, wurde aufgeklärt. Weiters wurden verschiedene C-3-substituierte Benzothiadiazine dargestellt, und die IR-Spektren der Carbonsäuren genauer untersucht.

Abstract

1-Oxo-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c] (1,2,4)-benzothiadiazine-5,5-dioxide (I) was prepared by condensation of orthanilamide with maleic anhydride. The preparation of a number of derivatives of the new ring system is described. These are partly interesting as potential diuretics. The structure of the ring system being not totally clear from the synthesis was elucidated. Further, a number of C-3 substituted benzothiadiazines were synthesized, and the IR-spectra of their carboxylic acids were studied.
