Zum Strukturbeweis des 11-Oxo-11H-isoindolo [1,2-c] (1,2,4)-benzothiadiazin-5,5-dioxids und seiner Derivate

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde der Strukturbeweis für das aus Phthalsäure bzw. Phthalaldehydsäure und o-Aminobenzolsulfonamid erhaltene Ringsystem geführt. Derivate dieses Ringsystems sind potentielle Diuretica. Der Strukturbeweis stützt sich auf das Kernresonanzspektrum des N-Methylderivats IV und auf die Synthese dieser Verbindung aus o-N-Methylsulfamylanilin und Phthalaldehydsäure.

Weiters konnte die Stellung der Substituenten in den aus 4-Nitro- bzw. 4-Cl-Phthalsäure und o-Aminobenzolsulfonamid erhaltenen Derivaten durch eindeutig verlaufende Synthese der entsprechenden Dihydroverbindungen geklärt werden, die durch Oxydation in Benzothiadiazinderivate mit CN-Doppelbindung übergeführt und mit den ausgehend von Phthalsäuren erhaltenen Verbindungen verglichen wurden.

Abstract

The structure of the ring system synthesized out of phthalic or phthalaldehydic acid and orthanilamide was elucidated. Derivatives of this ring system are potential diuretics. Structure was determined by means of the NMR-spectrum of the N-methyl derivative IV and the preparation of this compound out of o-N-methylsulfamylaniline and phthalaldehydic acid.

Further, the positions of substituents in the derivatives prepared out of 4-nitro- and 4-chloro-phthalic acid were clarified. Starting from phthalaldehydic acids the corresponding dihydro-compounds with obvious positions of substituents were synthesized, oxidized to the benzothiadiazine derivatives with C=N-double bonds and compared with the compounds prepared out of phthalic acids.
