Hochschmelzende Systeme mit Hafniumkarbid und -nitrid

Zusammenfassung

Auf Grund röntgenographischer Untersuchungen bilden die Systeme: HfN−TiN, −ZrN, −TiC, −ZrC, −HfC, −NbC, −TaC sowie HfC−TiN, −ZrN, −NbN lückenlose Mischreihen. VN und TaN lösen sich in großen mengen in HfN. Ebenso nimmt HfC sehr viel TaN in fester Lösung auf. Die homogenen Bereiche von ZrC1−x und HfC1−x werden ermittelt.
