Zusammenfassung

Nach dem α-Ketocarbonsäureaufbauverfahren vonF. Kröhnke 2 wurde aus der β-[2,3,4,4′-Tetramethoxy-5-brom-diphenylyl-(6)]-propionsäure das α-(p-Dimethylaminophenylimino)-β-keto-δ-[2,3,4,4′-tetramethoxy-5-brom-diphenyl-(6)]-valeriansäurenitril (VIII) aufgebaut, das zu der α-Keto-γ-[2,3,4,4′-tetramethoxy-5-brom-diphenyl-(6)]-buttersäure gespalten werden konnte. Für die β-[2,3,4,4′-Tetramethoxy-5-brom-diphenylyl-(6)]-propionsäure wurde eine neue Darstellungsmethode ausgearbeitet.
