Zusammenfassung

    Es wird eine Methode beschrieben, mit deren Hilfe es gelingt, die proteolytische Wirkung des Thrombins auf andere Substrate als Fibrinogen qualitativ und quantitativ zu verfolgen.

  2. 2.

    Heparin hemmt die proteolytische Aktivität des Thrombins.

  3. 3.

    Durch Serum wird Thrombin erst, wie das Ferment der Leukozyten, in höheren Konzentrationen gehemmt.
