Zusammenfassung

In Unkengiften kommen 12 α-Aminosäuren, γ-Aminobuttersäure und 5-Hydroxytryptamin vor. Die Zusammensetzung des Aminosäuregemisches ist konstant und wird durch die aufgenommene Nahrung nicht beeinflußt.

Es werden Karten zur Dünnschichtchromatographie von mehr als 40 Aminosäuren und verwandten Verbindungen angegeben.
