Zusammenfassung

Unter Zuhilfenahme von in einem I. theoretischen Teil entwickelten Formeln wird die Löslichkeit von einer Reihe schwer wasserlöslicher Basensalze von Penicillinen berechnet. Den errechneten Löslichkeitszahlen werden die experimentell bestimmten gegenübergestellt. Diese Ergebnisse dienen zur Diskussion über Mißerfolge bzw. Erfolge bei der oralen Penicillintherapie mit PenicillinG- bzw. PenicillinV-Salzen.
