Umwandlung des Dictamnins in Isomere mit angulärer Struktur

Abstract

Dictamnin (I), eine Verbindung mit linear gebautem Furo-[2,3-b]chinolin-Skelett, wird durch energische Behandlung mit Bromwasserstoff-Eisessig in ein Derivat (V) des angulären Furo-[3,2-c]chinolins umgelagert. Von diesem ausgehend, lassen sich andere Verbindungen mit angulärer Struktur, darunter zwei Isomere des Dictamnins (VII und VIII), gewinnen.
