Um den Einfluß zu studieren, den der Ersatz der Estergruppe im Acetylcholin durch die Säureamidgruppe auf die pharmakologische Wirkung hat, wurden die bisher unbekanntenDialkyl-aminoäthyl-carbonsäureamide und ihrequartären Salze synthetisiert.
