Structure of the energetic spectrum and dispersion laws in tetragonal crystals of the class D4

Abstract

The structure of the energetic spectrum of simple tetragonal crystals of the class D4 is investigated by the method of loaded co-representations. Parametric expressions are obtained for the dispersion laws in a quadratic approximation of the expansion in wave vector components. Spin-orbital interaction is taken into account.
