Abstract

The influence of internal parameters of a series of integral equations (the apparatus function) on the distribution-density function of the hyperfineinteraction parameters in analyzing the Mössbauer spectra by parametric methods is discussed. Analysis of quasi-real experiments shows that excluding the distribution of quadrupole splitting and isomeric shift from consideration in the derivation of the distribution-density functions of effective magnetic -fields at the nuclei of resonant atoms has practically no influence on its first two moments. Inaccuracy in specifying the intensities and halfwidths of the lines leads to the appearance of additional oscillations and distortion of the overall form of the function P(H), which becomes especially significant when they differ by more than 15% from the model values.
