Abstract
A wide spectrum of new results is obtained describing homogeneous motionless cosmological models with rotation in which causality is not violated. Exact solutions are also given for cosmological models describing an expanding and rotating universe. Sources in the obtained solutions are an anisotropic or ideal fluid, a massless complex scalar field, the electromagnetic field, a radiation field, and various combinations of these sources.
