Abstract

We calculate the magnetic permeability spectra of like noninteracting particles of ferroxplans in the region of natural ferromagnetic resonance (NFMR). The NFMR frequency is shown to depend essentially on the shape of the grains while the magnitude of the magnetic permeability at resonance depends on the degree of texture possessed by the material.
