Abstract
Using the solution of the generalized Dirac equation for a chargeless particle with an anomalous magnetic moment in the field of a plane wave, previously found by one of the authors, the process of creation of a neutron-antineutron pair is considered when a neutrino propagates in a field of a linearly polarized plane wave, or in a constant crossed field. General expressions for the probability of the process are obtained and particular cases of high energies and of the behavior of the probability near the threshold are studied. The possibility of laboratory observation is evaluated. It is noted that the obtained results are equally valid for a description of the crossing process Ν¯Ν→ n¯n.
