Abstract

An analysis is made of the results of studies of the electrochemical behavior of metals and alloys that are alloyed with ions of inert gases and metals by the method of ion implantation. It is shown that ion implantation in liquid and gaseous media can be used to impart corrosion resistance to metals and alloys.
