Abstract
This work proposed a method for increasing the signal/noise ratio in NQR by preliminary magnetization of the sample in a constant magnetic field B0 and its subsequent adiabatic demagnetization. The proposed method for the measurement of spin-lattice relaxation times is verified experimentally with a number of compounds. The results agree well with published data.
