Abstract
The kinetics of phase interaction in a nonequilibrium binary system is calculated and analyzed. The limiting case of conditions in which both phases remain homogeneous in composition in the course of the process is considered. In this limiting case, the kinetic calculation is completely rigorous within the framework of the model adopted.
