Abstract
A theoretical-informational description of self-organization processes during transitions between stationary states in open quantum systems is given. The S- and I-theorems about the change in quantum measures of the entropy and of the Kullbach discrimination information during the self-organization process are formulated. A nonparametric criterium of the ordering of states of a system is given. New extremal properties of mixed states of a self-organizing system are considered.
