Conclusions
The annihilation method has shown that there are changes in the vitreous framework in the concentration ranges 5–15 and 40–50 at. % As, which are related to transition to structures representing the compounds As2Se3 and AsSe, respectively. Our results are closely correlated with those from other methods [5-9]. The introduction of 1.0 or 2.1 at. % Sn affects the angular-correlation curves appreciably. The tin is randomly distributed in the glass and forms part of the unified framework.
