Renormalization of gauge theories in nonlinear gauges

Abstract

The usual rules for constructing the Lagrangian of fictitious particles in gauge theories is generalized. The gauge invariant and multiplicative renormalizability of the theory with generalized action in nonlinear gauges is proved.
