Group-theoretic analysis of the electron spectrum of semiconductors with a famatinite lattice

Abstract

The topologlcal structure of the spectrum of famatinite charge carriers is investigated, the dispersion laws along the lines and planes and in the vicinity of the symmetry points of the Brillouin zone are formulated, and the zero slopes of the energy surfaces and selection rules for optical transitions of electrons are determined for semiconductors with a famatinite structure.
