On the temperature dependence of the electroluminescence of ZnS phosphors

  • Published:
Soviet Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

Simultaneous investigations of the temperature dependences of both electroluminescence and photoluminescence of ZnS phosphors have led to the conclusion that the mechanisms of temperature-dependent quenching are identical in photoluminescence and electroluminescence.
