Abstract
The experimental results are reported of a study of the effect of adsorption on the photo- and dark-conductivity, the thermal electron work function, and the relaxation time of the photocurrent, in BiI3 single crystals. The dependence of the thermally stimulated current in both simple and photoelectret regimes on the transverse electrical field and oxygen adsorption has been studied.
