Abstract
An approximate calculation is made of the equilibrium distribution function (EDF) of physical clusters in terms of size and atomic configuration in a small model system-a two-dimensional binary solution undergoing phase separation at low temperatures. The form of the EDF at various temperatures above and below the binodal is considered.
