Quasiclassical parameter calculation of elastic electron scattering by a xenon atom

Abstract

A calculation (accurate up to terms in ħ2) is performed of quasiclassical phase shifts and of differential and total cross sections of elastic electron scattering by a xenon atom in the static field approximation, with and without exchange.
