Deep impurity levels in indium antimonide

  • A. A. Kolesnikov

The wave functions of the ground and excited states and the energy spectrum of the deep acceptor center in indium antimonide are calculated allowing for the polarization corrections to the potential in a two-band approximation. The polarization correction was calculated using a cavity model.
