Conclusions
We have studied the temperature dependence of the electrical resistivity, absolute thermo-emf, magnetic susceptibility, and Hall coefficient of Cr5−XVXSi3 solid solutions over the temperature range 78–300‡K. The results suggest that all the samples studied are Pauli paramagnetics, their conductivity arising from both holes and electrons.
