Abstract
The propagation channel created by a powerful CO2 laser beam in a liquid-drop aerosol is treated as a randomly inhomogeneous permittivity field. On the basis of this description the spectrum of dielectric fluctuations is determined in the radiation interaction zone. Numerical estimates are made of beam broadening in a nonstationary propagation channel.
