Abstract

The evaluation of training and education sponsored by the Armed Forces, business, and industry as well as prior learning assessment has been systematically standardized during the last ten years. The next objective is to standardize the transcripting of this extrainstitutional education to increase its acceptance in traditional institutions. This article describes one method currently in operation to meet this objective and its preliminary effects.
