Ein neues Interferenzmodell zur Aufstellung von Tetraden-Kartierungsfunktionen

Summary

In order to construct chromosome maps from tetrad data a new mapping function has been devised from a model of interfence characterized by an exactly defined factor of interferencei. In tetrads of a rank greater zero this factor indicates the value of inhibition of the next crossing-over. These mapping functions are of some advantage, biological as mathermatical, compared with similar functions given byBarrett et al. (1954). The mapping functions enable to evaluate interference in a two-point test cross.
