Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The paramagnetic dimers of 4,4-dimethyl-2,6-di-tert-butyl-2,5-cyclohexadienone with alkali metals were investigated.

     
  2. 2.

    Depending on the solvent and the nature of the metal, these dimers may be of two types: “contact” dimers and those separated by a solvated shell.
